AL Thomas
Al Thomas was born and raised in ST. Louis, Missouri in the infamous high crime area Walnut Park adopting its name Murderville. Mr. Thomas struggled with environmental influence and risk factors as an early adolescent. This
influence eventually became a deterrent and hindered any progression as a
functional teen. These factors became a social norm for many of his peers,
which led to incarceration, gangs, criminal activities and unproductive
behavior. After several life scares, Mr. Thomas was determined to find
alternatives solutions to not just curve such behaviors but prevent them from
returning.
Mr. Thomas began studying the psychology of behavior, sociology,
neuroscience (NLP), Anger Management and Peer Support Counseling.
What Mr. Thomas discovered is all these studies had commonalities that
brought forth change by correcting the mindset, behavior and language.

Al Thomas is a Forensic Peer Support Specialist, Trainer, and Wrap Facilitator for North Carolina.
